I was delighted to be asked to draw a comic for Russell Jone’s poetry collection ‘cocoon’ published April 2020 by Tapsalteerie Press.

Russell produced a spoken word video using my artwork for his poem, ‘An Official Guide To Surviving the Invasion’.

In 2017 I was awarded an MA with distinction from Edinburgh Napier University. My main project was The Strait Way, a full length graphic script. My great uncle Jim toured Ireland with his mobile cinema in the 1940s, before his alcoholism and the advent of television put an end to it. The story is narrated by Watercress, Jim’s cantankerous ventriloquist doll.

I am presently adapting this as a film script.

Here are six pages of a hallucination scene, beautifully drawn by Michael Lomon
